It offers multiple Start menu styles (Classic, two-column, and Windows 7–style), fast integrated search, jump lists, and fine-grained control over folders, shortcuts, and power options. You can tailor the look and behavior with skins, custom Start buttons, keyboard shortcuts, and per-feature settings. Open-Shell also provides optional Explorer improvements, including a customizable toolbar, richer status bar details, and navigation tweaks that streamline everyday tasks.
